ABSTRACT
This paper provides an overview of the current
developments and emerging trends in the field of learning
disabilities. Learning disabilities refer to a range of neurological
disorders that impact an individual's ability to acquire, process,
store, and recall information effectively. Over the years, the
understanding of learning disabilities has evolved, leading to the
development of new approaches and interventions for diagnosis,
treatment, and support. This paper explores some of the recent
advances in the field, including the use of technology-assisted
learning, early identification and intervention, personalized
learning plans, and multidisciplinary approaches to support
individuals with learning disabilities. Additionally, the paper
discusses the importance of advocacy and awareness-raising efforts
to combat stigmatization and promote inclusivity for people with
learning disabilities. Overall, this paper aims to provide an
up-to-date perspective on the field of learning disabilities,
highlighting the progress made and the challenges ahead in enhancing
the quality of life of individuals with learning disabilities.
